With its Quality policy and through the implementation of ISO 9001 2008 quality management standards, the college’s governing body defined the following quality policy guidelines for the services offered:

  • to be a referenced and an established business school for undergraduate studies in the field of marketing and communications
  • to bring together high quality teaching staff in the field of marketing and communications
  • to provide high quality education for all its students
  • to educate and develop potential future managers in the field of marketing and communications
  • to foster and build relationships and networks with students and lecturers
  • to facilitate and encourage continuous improvement of the staff
  • to obtain the latest equipment, maintain infrastructure and ensure a pleasant work environment
  • to set ambitious, measurable and achievable goals regarding quality management
  • to apply and improve the quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standards and to comply with all legal requirements.

All activities of Zagreb School of Business are based on honest relationships with its stakeholders who work together to achieve their goals and exploit possible synergies. College curriculum is developed and organized in accordance with the highest quality standards.
